This week, as we were compiling a list of all the twitter accounts belonging to the cast of Jersey Shore, we started to think about all the reality stars we follow on Twitter. Of course there are the big name reality TV stars, such as Snooki (@Snooki), Andy Cohen from Bravo (@BravoAndy) and Jeff Probst (@JeffProbst). But there are some other great reality TV stars that you may have over looked.
So here is our list of 10 Reality TV Stars you should Be Following on Twitter (in no particular order):
1. Kylie and Kendall Jenner (Twitter page: @KylieJennn & @KenndallJenner)
If you are all about the Kardashians then you will love their little sisters, Kylie and Kendall. These two girls are already stars in their own right, Kendall and Kylie have both done well booking major modeling and endorsement contracts. We also love watching them on Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Don’t be surprise when these girls get their own spin off series.
2. Lo Bosworth (Twitter page: @LoBosworth)
Admit it, Lo Bosworth was one of your favorite things on Laguna Beach and The Hills. What we love about this former reality star’s twitter page is that she is constantly updating it with information about her future and current projects such as her new book or her amazing website, The Lo Down, one of our favorite websites, which is a comprehensive guide to relationships, health and fitness, style, beauty and life.
3. Deena Nicole (Twitter page: @DeenaNicoleMTV)
If you are a member of Gym Tan Laundry nation then you are already probably following the entire cast of MTV’s Jersey Shore. But now there is a new member of the Shore crew who is a “blast in a glass” and a “walking holiday,” Deena. Not only should you follow this new “holiday” on twitter, you should also check her website, deenanicole.com, out as well, which has a Jersey Shore dictionary for all of you who are not caught up with the Shore lingo.
4. Giggy (Twitter page: @giggythepom)
The breakout star of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Giggy, Lisa Vanderpump’s pup now has a place on the web where his voice can be heard. Giggy, our favorite fur less Pomeranian, has been busy tweeting away and creating his own website since the end of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. When he’s not busy hanging out with his famous new friends, such as Drake and Paris Hilton, he’s typing on his blog. Look out Scooby Doo, a new pup is taking over.
5, Gayle King (Twitter page: @kinggayle)
Oprah’s best friend, Gayle, has been making her own name for herself on her radio show, appropriately named The Gayle King Show, for years. Now that her radio show is being broadcast on OWN, the Oprah Winfrey Network, her star is rising exponentially. Gayle’s twitter page is thought provoking and entertaining. Sometimes she poses questions to her followers, other times she uses her twitter account to profess her love for Justin Bieber. Oprah may be going away but Gayle is clearly here for the long run.
Yes, we realize she is not actually a reality star but we love her anyway. We are not removing her from this list because we hope that putting her on this list will result in Gayle getting her own reality show.
6. Claire Sinclair (Twitter page: @clairesinclair_)
On this week Holly World’s we saw the return of Claire Sinclair, the star of The Bunny House. Like Holly said, Claire is a true breath of fresh air and is undoubtedly going to be a star. Her look is compelling, her personality is enticing and we are just addicted to her already. Don’t be surprise when Claire gets her own spin off. Follow her now before she makes it big.
7. Maci Bookout (Twitter page: @MaciBookoutMTV)
Finally there is a way for us to catch up with our favorite Teen Mom. According to MTV, Teen Mom will be returning for season 3, which means more Maci but they have yet to set a date. Until the next season catch up with Maci, Bentley and Kyle (yes Maci and Kyle are still together) on twitter. We especially love how many updates Maci gives on Bentley, one of the cutest kids in 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom history.
8. Diggy (Twitter page: @diggy_simmons)
Diggy Simmons, one of the stars of Run’s House and a member of the Simmons clan, is slowly but surely building a media, clothing and shoe empire. He’s also becoming a well-known and respected MC in the rap game. Those of you who are down or want to be down with the Diggy lifestyle can access his blog, Life of the Jetsetter, the place where Diggy discusses his new projects and talks about his inspirations.
9. Brad Goreski (Twitter page: @mrbradgoreski)
We’ve been depressed since Brad announced that he is leaving Rachel Zoe to set out on his own. Fortunately, twitter keeps us abreast on the goings on of all things Brad. Bonus, he also keeps us to date on all the latest fashions and even occasionally tweet after the hottest runway shows. Following Brad is a must during New York Fashion week.
10. Dawn Richard (Twitter page: @DawnRichard)
If you love all things Bad Boy and Diddy then following Dawn Richard is a requirement. We loved her on Making the Band and she was one of our favorite members of Danity Kane and now she has defied expectations and gained the praise of the critics with her first album with Dirty Money, “Last Train to Paris.” This girl is already a star and we can’t wait to see her return to tv sometime in the future.
